Some users reported issue that they are getting error in CRM 7.0 EHP1 system when using graphical modeller or exporting data from agent report, after updating Java on local machine. (Please note that this is about the Java or JDK on local desktop/laptop and not the Java application server. We have confirmation that Java application server is not used for any scenarios being used at our client).
Please let me know how to check the compatibility of CRM 7.0 EHP1 with local Java. I tried to check on PAM but it shows only the Java application server and not the Java on local desktop.
I have attached two screenshots of two different issues after the java update.
First one is coming when exporting data form sales report and second is coming when using graphical modeller. In second case, the version of java doesn't allow to lower the security to go past the error.
