How to Determine and Redetermine the Service Org. Based on Partner Function in Service Request

Hi All,

     In Service Request, I Have a Custom Partner function 'Responsible org.' which will be automatically populated based on determination procedure using an access sequence while creating the service request.How to determine the same Service Org. which is populated in 'Responsible Org.' partner function and the same should also be redetermined whenever the 'Responsible Org.' Partner function is updated.

Any pointers will help me.
