how to add sub line item with reference of main line item in web ui via module pool program

we are creating one of the service transaction as a module pool program.we are able to fetch the data also but we have a requirement to add sub line items in web ui service transaction with reference of main line item from module pool program. how to add line item in the service transaction from module pool.
