Use Multilevel categorization to determine the service and response profiles of service Order

Hi all,

I have question that, Can we Use of  Multilevel Categorization  to Determine the Service and Response Profiles for Service order directly without creating service requests. as i can only find thread that use of  Multilevel Categorization via service request.

Kindly help if yes how to proceed.
