Hello Gurus ,
I am trying to write report that will do mass Upload of service request template and attach it to an existing draft version of categorisation Level4.#
Also i need to attach a knowledge article to Category L4.
Has anyone attempted this before?
Not sure of APIs or tables that would be useful for this.
