SAP CRM Services - Task List

Hi CRM Gurus!

 

​We are dealing with a business requirement in our project which is the
following:

 

For each Service Order, they need to identify a Service, and for each Service
they need a Task list. For example:

 

1- User selects the Service A for a car in the Service Order

 

2- Service A, has some relevant tasks to be done:

 

     - Check Oil Levels

 

     - Check Wheel pressure

 

Etc.

 

3- For each Task, they need to report an Status: ie. Check Oil Levels -->
Done, OK

 

4 - Furthermore they need to register additional products used in the Service
Order (i.e. Oil Botlle to replace exsting Oil if needed). This products are the
billed.

 

So...We are having problems modeling this in SAP CRM 7.0, since we cannot
find any suitable functionality to cover this.

 

Is it there any functionality like a Task List that we could use? Did you
face a similar requirement? how can this be covered?
