Our current requirement is to setup the service process with CATS integration. Is HCM (ALE) integration a prerequisite to achieve that ? because currently we are creating employees manually in the CRM system with the same personnel number assigned as found in the HCM system.
Do we still need to setup ALE Integration to move forward ? if we do, we will have lots of trouble trying to map employees in ECC and CRM and probably archive the old ones too.
