employee not pulling in my outgoing mail , but mails are going as part of action in sap crm complaints

Hi,

we have created outgoing mail in action for complaint transaction

but once the condition is met the mail is generating ,it not getting updated to employee interaction history

i opened the activity employee responsible field is empty if i give it manually its updating

can any one guide me further

Hi experts,

 

I am working on SAP CRM ehp1 (standalone without ECC). While I am creating and trying to save a new service contract(SC) or service order(SRVO), the system is giving the error:

 

  • Details An error occurred in system BWDCLNT200 during account assignment.

Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 060

Diagnosis

Errors occurred when assigning an account assignment object to a business transaction. To view the error message, see the accompanying log file.

Transfer Log

  • Orgfinder: No value found for Organizational Unit COMP_CODE (Notification E CRM_OFI 002)


Previously the error was coming for BILL_ORG, that I have maintained and assigned with sales org unit and service org unit.

 

Please guide what can be the resolution of the problem.

AET Field issue on production system?

Hi team,

 

I have created AET field on CRMD_ORDERADM_H, now field is available on Development server .after moving to production the aet field is not available on table crmd_orderadm_h.iam getting on service order creation screen.if i check in web ui prodution system that aet field is there.but is not available on table level.Could you please help here..

What is the FM used in CRM in replace of SAP_CONVERT_TO_TEX_FORMAT

Hi Experts,

 

I need to use the FM SAP_CONVERT_TO_TEX_FORMAT in CRM to add delimiters to my internal table, but i could not find this FM in CRM.

 

Is there any other FM which is avaialbe in CRM in replace of the above.

 

Kindly share if you have faced the same issues.

How to add followup doc in Billing(non One Order frame work)

Hi Expert,

 

Need to Add followup doc(accounting) in Billing document.  Its a non oneorder frame work. probably there some other FM or table where we can directly update the billing doc.

Please help, i didnt get any idea .

SAP CRM Duplicate Service request

Hi Experts - Any body can advise me please, and let me know how to interrogate to understand the issue, there is one service request created with the same document number with different user and different time? There was a difference of 4 months to the new one which took the old transaction number. Old one was created in Jan and new one was created this month the new transaction picked the old one document number.

 

Prompt response is highly appreciated and points will be rewarded.

Want to know what is the difference between transaction Launcher and Popup since there is a requirement where client wants to implement pop up for one the portal since in transaction launcher the portal does not work properly since links are quite slow to respond.

Partner functions missing in contract items

Hi Experts,

 

We have created custom process type for service contracts. In crmd_order, 'Sold-to party' is present in the contract header but missing in item level.

 

I tried to fix this manually by adding 'Sold-to party' to the contract item, but no use.

 

Is this issue related to partner determination procedure or can this be handled using crm_order_maintain?

 

Please provide your valuable inputs in this regard.

Add new search field in Product search page

Hi Expert,

 

Please help.

 

I need to add few search Zfield in the Product search page(Component PRD01QR/ Search View  and BOL Query object : ProdAdvSearchRgProducts).

These new zfield are the set type which already display in different assignment block in the Overview page of Product.

 

Somehow i understand to add zfield(set type) in the search view but ques is how can we filter the entities based on the newly add zfield(set type).

Please note these newly added field are the set type which use in the assigment block in the overview page.

 

I have search lots of thread but non of the thread provide full explaination.

Alert Management

Hi Experts,

 

I have configured alerts for Service Order. As per the status Alert should be triggered to the respective Partner assigned.

 

there are 4 partner functions :

 

Service Controller

Parts Manager

C&C Manager

Warranty Manager.

 

All the employees and the respective users are assigned in the Org data, so when the SO is created all the partners are automatically populated with the respective position (partner functios)

 

After following OSS note 821188 and this document, i have configured alerts. On the selecting the particular status action gets triggered successfully.

 

My issue is, after the action gets successfully triggered i can see the alert only in one user ID and not in others.

 

eg. there are 4 user ID USER1, USER2, USER3 & USER4. Action is successfully triggered at 4 different status and the user id is properly determined every time when i check in the log, but the alert is seen only in USER2 and not in other user ID's.

 

I have assigned same roles & given same authorization to all the user ID's, then why only one user is able to see the alerts and not others.

 

Can you please help with any solution ??

WEB UI search list shows duplicate records

Hello Experts,

 

We are using CRM  7.0 and we have complaint functionality. When we search complaints in the WEB UI by date range the search list shows some duplicate records but when I search for that records by number (one by one) it is unique and the search list shows only one record. do you have a clue why this is happening?

Service Confirmation not appearing in Billing Due Lists, not in release for billing documents

Hi all,

 

I have created the service order and Service Confirmation with the below details:

 

  1. Created the SRVO service order and added the Product ID, Org details information and Released  the status.
  2. Created the follow up transaction SRVC Confirmation and Completed the status.
  3. Again in the SRVO service order changed the Status from released to completed.
  4. Searched the both Order and Confirmation transaction ID’s in the “Release for Billing”. But I am not able to find any document in the release for billing result list.


Customization’s done:

  1. Used the Billing relevance as “D: Transaction-Related Billing after completion for item categories" in service confirmation item category SVCP.
  2. Intercompany billing as external.
  3. Assigned the Item categories to Billing item category SCN( Source: SRVO and SRVC).

 

Kindly look at all the details mentioned above and guide me if i have missed any customizations, to get the documents in the release for billing list.

How to create attachment for a Customer Complaint object created using standard proxy?

Hi guys,

 

I have a requirement to create a Customer Complaint object with attachment.

 

I am currently creating the CC using standard SAP proxy CustomerComplaintCRMCreateRequestConfirmation_In. This is fine. However I need to create the object with an attached files but the proxy doesn't contain a structure for attachments.

 

How can I achieve what I need?

Enhance Product Search with custom field

Hi Frds,

 

My requiredment is to enhance product search with the zfield , So i trying to filter the resultant entity either in BADI or handler Class.

I have tried 2 ways.

1) As given in Note  1026956

  •   Enhance structure CRMT_PRIL_QUERY_ADVSEARCH_PROD
  •   Move new zfield to display at web ui
  •   Maintained entries in table CRMC_PRSEA_ATTR for the custom field
  •   Created BADI imp of CRM_PRIL_SEARCHEXIT , maintain filter ( tried with both structure standard and append str name)

Now Got struck , My implemantation BADI did not call. tried a lot but didnt find a way so moved to another approch

 

2) Tried to maintain entires in view CRMV_PRIL_OBJ so that my Zhandler class(super class CL_CRM_PRIL_ADVSEARCH_BASE) will call and filter the resultant entity. But unable to save entry in the view with the below value

 

Ext.Java Object ProdAdvancedSearchProducts

Object Type                  D

Object Type                  Query Objects

Set Type             <_>

Relationship Type    <_>
