How to stop inflow sales documents from ECC to CRM

Hi All,

 

I have a query wherein I would like to know what settings needs to be done to stop flow of single sales document.

 

I do not want to deactivate the adapter object SALESDOCUMENT in CRM as that will stop the flow of all documents into CRM

 

Nor do I want to replace the entry in the table CRMRFCPAR in ECC from OBJNAME : * to SALESDOCUMENT, this again will stop the flow of all documents.

 

I would like to know if ECC has 10 sales order out of which 5 are debit memos, then I would need information of 5DM flowing in CRM and not the rest :

 

- To allow flow of certain documents?

- To stop flow of rest sales documents?

 

Is there a parameter to set in CRMPAROLTP in ECC or filter settings needs to be done in adapter object SALESDOCUMENT in CRM ?

We are creating Service agreements and found that there is another bdoc getting created of type PPR.

 

Could you please guide me on how to stope generating these PPR Bdocs. And what are conditions when the PPR Bdocs are created?

 

We are only using customised products and we do not have any product category.

How to get service order Attachment link in report?

Hi Team,

 

My requirement is i want to develop one report ,based on service order get the attachments and add this report to service order webui screen by using the URL settings.first how to get  attachments in report .could you please help here.

 

user parameter is Service order ,In this report user enters service order number 9999999,and execute just we want message like this service order don't have any attachments,if any attachments are there just it is showing message yes its have attachments like that.how to do this any function module or badi please help.

nothing is getting replicated to ecc from crm

Hello expert,

 

On creating a service order in crm , bdocs are generated and it is fully processed but no data is replicated to ecc for its billing  and nothing is found in smq1 or in the ecc system .

and please tell me the settings to be followed to replicate a  CRM service order to ecc in the form of a sales order  , and also a CRM service confirmation in the form of a DMR in ecc.

Hi Experts,

 

Need your help.

 

 

How to change the name of organization unit. ?

 

Although I am changing the name through PP01 for the info type 1000 but it is not reflecting in the name attribute of BP.

Also by default name it takes as Testsupport/ and it is coming from the Object Abbr, is there any option to increase the width of that field.

Copy Service Request set-up from one CRM box to another CRM box

Dear Friends,

 

We have a requirement where we need to copy Service Request transaction and it's associated configurations from one CRM box to another. For e.g. The SAP CRM service request functionality is LIVE on one CRM box for one specific geographical region and we need implement the same service request functionality to another CRM box corresponding to another geographical region.

 

Are there any best practices of achieving this or do we need to maintain the same set of configurations in the new box.

How to restrict closure of ZMCR transactions if follow up tasks are open?

Hi CRM Experts,

 

In configuration, we are using copy of transaction ZMCR(copy of SMCR) and solman system is 7.1 SP 8.

 

We have requirement to restrict closure of ZMCR transactions if follow up tasks (which is copy of transaction type 1003) are open.

 

In SPRO, we did not find any option to add Task types so that status attributes can be checked under below path:

 

SPRO->Capabilities->ChaRM->Standard Configuration->ChaRM Framework->Make settings for Change Transaction Types.

 

I tried to add entries for Task types (which is copy of transaction type 1003) however it is not listed in available list of transaction types.

 

By default, only ZMCR and ZMCG are getting listed and not custom task transactions.

Please provide your inputs on why tasks types are not listed in above list.

sap crm service order replication

Hi Experts - prompt response is highly appreciated and points will be rewarded.

 

I am trying to create the service order in SAP CRM and when I go in SMW01 I could able to see the green button it means this has processed successfully in a sense that the order got replicated to SAP ECC which is sitting as a sales order in SAP ECC.

 

But when I go to VA03 and check the order number it doesn't exist.

 

Don't understand what happened where to go and check and what to check?

 

I have check the following

Item category as " CRM service Material Item". 

Transaction type and item categories as in service order is existing in ERP.

Number range is same in CRM - external number range and in ERP as internal number range.

 

I don't know how to trouble shoot, unable to understand from where to start whether it is getting replicated or not.

 

Can some of the experts kindly advise what to do???

How to restore MS SQL 2005 base?

The other day I faced the damaged base of server (MS SQL 2005) which works with failure, and it is impossible to restore by testing correction (the checksum error takes off). Thus the base isn't unloaded in the file - the same mistake. Therefore it wasn't succeeded to restore base. Advise, what should I do, to save base?

Restricting user to display products in product category

Hi Folks,

 

I want to restrict some users to view products of only 3 product categories.

I read in an SCN post that authorization group needs to be maintained in ECC and needs to delta downloaded to CRM.

There was no auth group maintained in ECC.Should I /can I create one in CRM?

Auth object COM_PRD_CT is used to determine whether user is allowed to create/display/change /edit products of a product category.

Should this auth object be assigned to users/user group?

 

Pls suggest steps and how to achieve this

Billing Request Lines in SAP CRM Service Contracts

Hello Friends,

I am configuring SAP CRM Service Contract process in SAP CRM EhP3. I am trying to enable the Billing Request Line functionality in Service Contract.

 

I created a Service contract as copy of SC and created item category as a copy of SCN. Initially to test the waters and start with baby steps, I configured Billing Request Items and it was working smooth. Now we want to activate Billing Request Line functionality. I deleted the old item categories and created new item categories as a copy of SCN again, with one minor change in 3rd level customising of Item category, in the field Schedule Billing I selected option Y: Billing Request Lines.

 

Apart from above configuration, I ensure following things are applicable like

With lean billing activated, billing plan information is stored as BRLs in segment BILLREQ_I (as opposed to BRIs, which are stored in segment ORDERADM_I). This segment is currently defined only for object type BUS2000137 (service contract item) in table CRMC_OBJ_ASSI_I, I assign it to object type BUS2000176 (sales contract item) as well. The Periodic Billing Plan is assigned at header level.

 

After all the changes, my service contract Billing plan assignment block is not breaking the amount populated in the header netvalue to the Billing request lines, it is displaying value as Zero in all the lines.

How we can have mapping of sub assemblies with parent serial ?

Dear Gurus,

We are in automobile distribution model, Our product (Parent Equipment) comes with multiple sub assemblies.

Assemblies are serialized & having separate warranty policies associate with them which we need to track.

Currently we are managing the same by implementing Z table which is getting updated by retail process (Portal) at the dealership. Please suggest standard way to have mapping of Parent & sub assemble serial numbers.

Reusable AET fields is not appearing on Show available fields area?

Hi Team,

 

I have created AET fields on Service order object.later i will reused to appointment .but in appointment screen if i click display enhancements ,the 4 fields aet reusable fields will be displayed,but in configuration show available fields ,it is not available .How to move this reusable fields in to available fields area.please help
