How to change the Source system of the document .

Hi All,

I am facing some issue with the CRM service documents (Complaints,Replacement , In house repairs).

The document are showing error that the Original document was created in OLTP(ERP) therefore cant be changed in CRM.

 

How ever these documents were created in CRM.

Is there a way to change the Original system back to CRM ?

 

Please suggest .

I am working on partner functions with in an individual object.

 

 

Partner FunctionCustomer NameValid FromValid To

Say on 01.02.2015, if user wants to add Smith as Customer.

CustomerSmith01.02.201531.12.9999

 

 

What we need is the Valid To of first record to have 01.02.2015 or 31.01.2015.

 

Your suggestions/ideas will be much appreciated.

Billing Error CRM Service Scenario C68

Hello,

 

we currently setup the CRM Service Scenario C68. Everything is fine, but the last step with releasing items for billing is causing issues. After choosing Release for Billing there is no billing created. We configured the billing with the configurationguide (C3n) for C68.

 

Any suggestions?

SAP CRM IBASE locking

Hi,

   I am using the FM  CRM_IBASE_COMP_CHANGE to check if the ibase is in edit mode and display an ibase locked error message and the ibase does not get updated, but this check is right now happening at the header level only. If i go into the ibase component and keep it in edit mode, the ibase is not locked and gets updated. Is there any FM which i can use to check if the ibase component is being edited?

Hi,

I get an unexpected error when trying to assign a resource to a service order: Broker FWP /SAPAPO/CL_LRP_REQWD_TIME_BRK: object with key 01LTScy27jI}yC1I0IPWjm could not be materialized.


The same error occurs when changing the availability of the employee in its associated schedule agreement.


As all configurations seem to be in place, I cannot find a solution to this issue.

Outbound Warranty Cliam - CRM Service

Hi All,

 

I've created an outbound warranty cliam document (ZXWY) , which has two item categories (ITC1 - Outbound Wty Claim & ITC2 - Debit Memo Claim).

 

ITC2 item is created though item level action of ITC1.

 

Once the claim status is set to COMPLETED in header level then the corresponded item level status changes to 'Accepted By vendor'.

 

Then upon saving the document with COMPLETED status the claim document should be replicated to ECC with the partner function PY & BP as vendor for settelment.

 

Issue 1- We are facing the given issue 'It is not possible to upload from mixed documents with scen. A activated' when we are trying to replicate the claim document with complted status.

 

Issue 2 - if we try to push the claim document with RELEASED status then the document it is getting replicated to ECC but the BP (Bill to Party & Payer) are getting updated as customer instead of vendor (In CRM the BP & PY are getting updated as VENDOR but when it is getting replicated to ECC all the four partner functions are updating as vendor.

 

Please suggest.

Mail form determination based on Multilevel Categorization

Hello Gurus,

 

I created different mail forms that I can select manually when creating an outbound email.

 

I set up the outbound email as a follow up document of a service request.

 

I was wondering if according to a value selected from the multilevel categorization I customized for my service request, a mail form could be automatically

determined when I create an outbound email.

 

I do not know if it is a part of SAP standard, if yes could you please advise?

Dear SAP users

 

We are coming throught the following issue:

- We are creating a service request A that is owned by a responsible X. This user has modification rights on object A.

- Following service request A, we are creating service request B that is owned by a responsible Y. The user Y has modification rights on this object but user X has only vizualisation rights on object B.

 

When USER X makes a certain action on objet A, it sould modified the status of object B. However, as responsible X does not have modification rights on object C, the status is not modified.

 

=> Is there a standard solution to by-pass the authorization in that case? Should another user be called to make the modification, is that possible?

Dear SAP experts:)

 

I have an issue in the WebUI.

 

We are using service request operation and sometimes, when we open a new service request (service request opened from scratch, not linked to another service request) we have some fields that should be empty, with no data pre-filled but they are already filled in in appearance.

 

These fields should be blank, with no value, but we don't know why randomly they are filled in.

Do you have any idea of how we could avoid that ?

Leasing contract replication

Hello Gurus,

 

I am trying to prepare a demo on leasing scenario, it is something like we need to loan this phone along with data plan for two years and billing is periodic monthly basis for this,

 

For demo purpose we plan to use leasing contract with FS product and mat and send it to ECC. and billing to do in ECC ?

 

Problem is this leasing contract is not replication and I am not sure if it suppose to in Leasing scenario ?? or it will remain in CRM and billing will also be carried out in CRM, only the Billing document/Details will go to ECC,

 

If anyone implemented similar leasing scenariio please pass on some expertise info, thanks

How can use the Categorization on Task Activity (NOT ICWC).

Dear All,

 

Thank you for reading this question.

 

The transaction type is business activity (BUS2000126) and the category of activity is 'Task'.

I am looking for the categorization assignment block on the screen.

 

I aleady use the categorization on Interaction log of activity type on ICWC (and service request and complaints type).

The interacton log is also activity type. but can NOT display categorization on WUI.

 

How can I display the categorization on Task activity?

 

 

( like this : transaction type is complaint )

Hello to everyone,

 

I encountered a blocking issue in the procedure to implement the Email response service management.

 

 

1In the transaction Code SWEQADM click on the Activation tab page,  and click on Event Linkages

2Now click on the entry with Event = Saved  and Object Type = BUS2122 . (see the images below)

3than try to flag“Linkage Activated” and save.

It appears this error when you try to save the insert data:

 

Object type 'BUS2122' is not defined.

 

What should I do to resolve this problem?

Copy Service Request set-up from one CRM box to another CRM box

Dear Friends,

 

We have a requirement where we need to copy Service Request transaction and it's associated configurations from one CRM box to another. For e.g. The SAP CRM service request functionality is LIVE on one CRM box for one specific geographical region and we need implement the same service request functionality to another CRM box corresponding to another geographical region.

 

Are there any best practices of achieving this or do we need to maintain the same set of configurations in the new box.

How to restrict closure of ZMCR transactions if follow up tasks are open?

Hi CRM Experts,

 

In configuration, we are using copy of transaction ZMCR(copy of SMCR) and solman system is 7.1 SP 8.

 

We have requirement to restrict closure of ZMCR transactions if follow up tasks (which is copy of transaction type 1003) are open.

 

In SPRO, we did not find any option to add Task types so that status attributes can be checked under below path:

 

SPRO->Capabilities->ChaRM->Standard Configuration->ChaRM Framework->Make settings for Change Transaction Types.

 

I tried to add entries for Task types (which is copy of transaction type 1003) however it is not listed in available list of transaction types.

 

By default, only ZMCR and ZMCG are getting listed and not custom task transactions.

Partner header inheritance in checklist items

Hi,

 

In my company we don't use the standard checklist partner determination, instead I have a class where I search for the responsible for each checklist item in some Z tables according to some conditions and populate the partners for each item using the CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN, and then gets the first item responsible and saves it as a responsible at header level.

 

Everything works fine when I create the service order using a dialog user. There are some situations in which there is not a unique responsible for an item, and in this situation the user has to select one of them on the combobox for partner for that checklist item, or can save the document with no responsible assigned there.

 

It happens that when I create a service order using an interface, my development is called, the partners are populated for all the checklist itens except for the one which does not have a unique responsable, and gets the first checklist item responsible and writes it at header data as a responsible. I maintainted a CRM_ORDER_READ just after my BADI implementation which saves the partner at header level, and the item which has more than 1 responsible has no partner. But after all the SAVE process, I display the service order and the item which should not have a responsible assigned, is populated with the header responsible.

 

I have the parameters for PARTNER INHERITANCE disabled on SMOFPARSFA table.

 

Any help would be apreciated!

Is there a way to configure a default ordered quantity for items inside a CRM Complaint?

Example: When I add a product item the system should set the order quantity to 1.

Hi Guys,

 

When an I base(functional location) is created in ECC it is not replicating to CRM.Should the badi CRM_FUNCLOC_LOAD be active for the same?Is it because partner det procedure is not maintained for 0403 funcloc category id?Pls suggest how to solve this issue and what all settings I need to check because earlier this functionality was working fine,recently this is not working..If this is a middleware issue also pls suggest.
