ERMS - Organizational data missing

Hi experts,

 

we have a throuble with the Organizational Data of the ticket created with ERMS from incoming Email.

 

The incoming mail is from a Contact person of a Business Partner Account.

 

The question is that the ticket isn't assigned to no one organizational unit (see the image below, the fields Sales and Service are Void) Ticket ERMS.jpg

 

We would like that the Organizational Data are compiled with Org Data of the Activity Partner (the principal Business Partner whom the Contact Person sending the email is belonging).

 

Anyone could kindly help us?
