After creating sales order,user clicks edit item assignment block should be disable ,not allowed to do changes in web ui?

Hi Team,

My requirement is, After creating sales order,user clicks edit  item assignment block should be disable ,not allowed to do changes in web ui?How to do it in configuration level .
