Sap crm case management

Hi all,

       In sap crm web ui 7.3 ,how we can achieve the following requirement,

1) one user have to send the case to two different users on clicking on the send to button

2) And the same user have to recieve the updated cases from two defferent users and merge these cases as one final case.

any suggestion whether it can be achieved if yes please suggest how .............................
