without a SAP standard presentation for service contract management there is larger explanation for service contracts and especially for the service plan functionality. This can be standalone or combined with contract functionality. We want to implement the version with the service contract. Additionally there is explained or shown that a service confirmation can adjust the time intervals of the service plan item.
For example that the normal time interval for service order generation is 6 months. The first orders get generated and the confirmation needs 4 weeks to be completed. Then the second order will be generated 4 weeks + 6 months in the future.
Did someone of you implement this? Can I get some hints please how to get this adjustment by confirmation done? Normal service plan contract is working fine in our system.
