SAP CRM service order can't create follow like service confirmation

HI all,

I have created the service order and Service Confirmation with the below details.

1. create service order.

2. choose create-follow in service order

The problem is I can't find transaction categoty is service confirmation.Display transaction type about"Task""Appointmen""Interaction Call"and so on.

Configuration as follow:

1. Define transaction type 

    Service order:                copy"SRVO"as"ZSRV"

    Service confirmation:     copy"SRVC"as"ZRVC"

2. Define Item Categories

    Service order:                copy "SRVM"as"ZRVM"

    Service confirmation:     copy"SVCM"as"ZVCM"

3.Define copying control for Transaction Types

   Source trans.                  ZSRBV

   Tgt Trans. Type              SRVC 

4.Define Copying control for Item Categories

   Source Item.Cat.              ZSVM

   Target item Cat.               ZVCM

5. Define Item Category Determination when Copying

    Source Item Cat.            ZRVM

    Tgt Trans. Type              ZRVC

    Target item cat.              ZVCM

Please somebody help me out in resolving the above problem.
