Hi Experts,
Currently there has been an upgrade of Internet explorer from IE09 to IE11. Based on the feedback from the user, there has been some issues using the CRM WebUI. From the threads here in the discussion, we did found some OSS notes that would be required to be applied to rectify these issues.
However we could'nt find any specific notes related to BW reports.
Currently when the users are trying to open any BW reports from CRM UI, they are facing below issues :
1. When clicked on criteria for selection, it did not respond and could not be selected for the report.
2. The criteria for selection is condensed and not visible.
Kindly assist on which notes would need to be implemented to rectify this issue.
