Hi Experts - can you please be able to advise on the given scenario that at the moment agents are using interaction record for any kind of interaction withe customers and subsequent follow on task, now the business is requesting to have Service order instead of Interaction record for only when they recieve any request forms from the customers, and they want to create the Service order automatically when they recieve the form in the back end.
Can we integarte activity clipboard in service order and more over will service order serves the purpose as compared to Interaction record. I am tryng to suggest them to use Service request instead Service order but they are more incline on service order.
How does the service order benefited in this scenario.
