There is a scenario when a Service Order is partially released, a billing document gets created. Then, the Service Order is attached to the Billing document but the Billing document is not attached to the Service Order. (i.e. Billing document number is not seen in the transaction history of Service Order). This is happening only in some cases and it is not replicable in the quality system. Just to add, those Service Order items which were released, their status is "For billing" instead of "Fully Billed".
