Downloading BOM from ERP to CRM

Dear Experts,

I have created material in ERP transaction MM01 and downloaded the same in CRM (via filter settings - MATERIAL, initial download, monitoring objects ).Everything works fine and i am able to see my materials in crm_ui.

But when I create a Bill of material and try to download the same with filter settings BOM_ERP(have maintained MATNR , STLAN , WERKS),Triggered initial download and in R3AM1 the status is still running, when checked in SMQ1 , Status is shown as SYSFAIL  and the info provided is "A condition specified dynamically has an unexpected format". Am I missing something here ?Any help on this would be very helpful.
