Dear experts,
I use service order integration scenarios, like follow:
Service Order Creation > Service Order Release : ECC Reservation Creation > Service Confirmation Creation : Material Document Creation : Reservation Update > Service Order Complete.
The problem is when confirmation confirm all the quality of parts in reservation and reservation marked as final delivery, the last step service order completion will trigger a bdoc to ECC and no response from ECC, so the order is in distribution forever.
But if only confirm part of the quality or part of the items, there is no issue. This is only happened to the scenario that all generated reservation is final delivered. Also I check the smq1, smq2, st22 in both CRM and ECC not relevant record find.
Does anyone face the same issue ever before?
