Hey all,
we had a few problems with CRM and BW integration.
We use the DataSource 0CRM_SRVCNF_COSTS to extract Service Order and Service Confirmation Costs. We also use 0CRM_SRV_COSTS to extract CRM Costs out of the ERP.
0CRM_SRVCNF_COSTS is a special DataSource for Orders and Confirmation which are only works if the Extended Cost Analysis is activate in CRM ERP Customizing.
We had Single-Object-Controlling on Transaction Level.
Now if there is a complaint to a CRM Process then we didn´t get this values in BW. Complaint DataSource did not had any Cost Key Figures.
How does cost reporting works for InHouse Repair Process which based on complaints.
How does cost reporting works for Confirmation including Complaints.
Is there anybody who had done similar reporting?
