Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding service profile customized on crmd_serv_sla.
I need service profile to determine dates (based on the company calendar) that are on item level.
I have linked my service profile to product INVESTIGATION in commpr01.
Then, when I create a service request, the service profile is not updated at the item level of my service request. The dates are not calculated based on my factory calendar.
Would anyone have a solution ?
