Conflict management in product configuration

Hi,

I am having an issue,  i need to get the suggestion which crm provides using conflict management in the solve conflict screen

I tried calling the Java FMs in my program,  but i am not getting the conflict and the assumptions and also the

solution values.

i tried many FMs to get the proper Config Id.  but everything fails saying item not configured.
