System is not allowing to work by multiple Service Technician on an " In House Repair" transaction which has different serial number.
The scenario is like this, Sales order is created for those products for which Serial Number is maintained. After delivery, Customer complaints the few products are defective and field engineer collects the products and create compliants transaction for these products for which serial number is maintained and create follow up transaction " In House Repair". Later products are send to serivice center for repair. Service Technician searchs the Repair transaction based on the Serial number. Since the Repair transaction is having multiple products so each service technician wants to work on each product at a time for which separate serial number is maintained.
But the current scenario process, system is not allowing to work on multiple serial numbers by multiple technician at a time. If one technician is working on one serial number then other technicians have to wait till he completes his task. Once first technician has completed his task then only second technician can start working on other serial number. We want each technician should work on each serial number in a repair transaction at the same time.
Please let me know is it possible with sap standard functionality or not, if it is possible, kindly explain.
