I have been exploring the IBASE functionality in CRM. I understand that it is used to define the device/product installed at customer site.
I want to understand what is the difference between Object component & Product component? Which leads to my next question, that is what is the difference between product and object?
If someone can explain the difference with a small example, it would be very helpful.
