Hi All,
We are facing a peculiar problem with regards to Internal order not getting Created In ECC for certain Service Contracts ( Transaction Type: Warranty and Internal Service Contract) created in CRM.
Its hard to find the root cause as when the same Service Contracts created earlier did not generate any Internal Order in ECC , starts generating Internal Order if the same contract is copied and approved again some other day.
We have already Checked CRM-Controlling Integration ( T-code:SCRM ) , have tried middle-ware debugging also a couple of times but no solution.
I wanted to know if there are any other settings I need to check to see as to why the Internal Orders are not generating in ECC.
Could you please suggest and if possible provide step by step settings which are required.
Help would be appreciated and rewarded with points.
