I have an query about the email execution in complaint.
I want to know, how to execute a email to the responsible employ in complaint transaction, If the person has not attained the complaint in time.
e.g. I have created a compliant and assigned to the responsible employee. This complaint should be attained in three working day but is is not attained.
How should i execute a reminder email on second day to the employee regarding unattainable complaint.
