Service Ticket Extractor

Hello Gurus,

    We are trying to extract all the sevice tickets data in SAP CRM into an EXCEL sheet (Around 10000 (~9500 closed and ~500 open) service tickets).

Can someone please point me if there is any standard SAP Extractor/ SAP Report that I can use to do the same?

I also need the text data (Service ticket Log) as part of the extract.
