Receive Mail in SAP

Hi All,

I have a requirement to receive mail from outside SAP.

I have done all neccessary setting, but still the mails are not coming in SOIN T-Code.

1. Provide a mail id SU01 (abc@xyz.com) [Without Sub Domain ]

2. Provided the below Profile in SU01

                a.         S_A.SCON

                b.         SAP_ALL

               c.          SAP_NEW

3. Activated the SAPconnect Service from the SCIF T-Code.

4. Maintained the Mail id in  SO50 T-Code with Customize Exist Name.

5. And SMTP Service is also active with 25000 Port.

But still i am not receiveing any mail to SOIN T-Code.

Note: The Maintained mail id should be normal mail id not with sub-domain.

Please help to resolve.
