How to bring Items Assignment Block and Make it visible on the Service Request Transaction (WebUI)

Hi Gurus

I have added Service Order's Items Assignment block to Service Request Transaction (CRM WebUI - Page)

My Problem is that it is not showing any values on the drop down how do I fix this? Kindly assist.
