tables CRMC_SRV_BILL_PR and CRMC_SRV_BILL_IT have not been maintained

Hi,

Whenever we create an Individual service contract, Debit memo is created. But when we create Service contract as a follow-up to another service contract system gives the error tables CRMC_SRV_BILL_PR and CRMC_SRV_BILL_IT have not been maintained, Even though the entries are maintain.
