Hi All,
We have a scenario to create Billing Request Item for Service contract which in turn will create Debit Memo in ECC. We have periodic billing, Billing plan is external to process Billing in ECC.
We did the necessary config to create Billing Request item but still dont see any BRIs created. I assume i am missing BRI item category config or doing something wrong.
my Questions:
1- Should i create 2 different item cateogories, or just 1.
2- How do config item determination to create Billing Request Items.
