Dear Folks,
I am working on sap crm services and when i click on reports in web-ui, the system gives me an error "" BI system destination '' cannot be reached"".
And In details page it is showing ""Check availability of the RFC destination in transaction SM59. If the system is available analyze the logon settings. SAP recommends setting up trust relationship between SAP CRM and the target BI system so the current CRM user is automatically logged on to the BI system."".
I have checked the BI system as well as CRM System and connection test & Authorization test is positive between the two.
Please let me know where a mistake was made.Please let me know that Trust relationship need to be set Yes or No.
