Assign any lead that comes into an outside representative ?

Hi All

Can anyone please give me some ways on how to do this?

I would like to know within CRM how my internal employee can assign a incoming lead to an external representative.We need to monitor the entire Sales/Services cycles?  

A lead to be assigned to or referenced to an outside

agency. We have an employee that is responsible for 50 reps and the

leads need to be “assigned” to them.
