SAP CRM Install base

Dear all,

I've got two erro when I change equipment in SAP ECC .

Step 1:Replication function location and equipment successful.(SAP ECC -> CRM)

function location:FL01

equipment:EQ001

I haven't maintain  material or Serial Number for EQ001

SMW01、SMQ2 no erro

Step 2:Maintain EQ BOM in SAP ERP use T-CODE IB01

equipment:   EQ001

material:       MAT_01

                     MAT_02

I've got two message in SMW01：

ERRO1：No un-ambiguous selection of mapping module (above one) for BDoc type
E6AF75D4E6F7894A8F5532173C6D68C9.

Message no.SMOF208

ERRO2：Service that caused the error: SMW3_OUTBOUNDADP_CALLADAPTERS

Message no. SMO8047

Who can give me a hand?
