Hello Experts,
We need to create service order to a particular machine monthly. For this we are using standard service plan process.
Service orders will trigger based on the action profile assigned to service plan item.
While doing simulation, we are able to see the service orders to be created in future.
Issue is this action profile will be schedule in background to trigger the service orders. I had scheduled this background job everyday. Because of this service order are getting triggered for a particular contract daily.
I came to know that start or schedule condition has to maintained for this serviceplan action profile.
Can anyone help me out in building this start/schedule condition logic. Service orders should be created automatically every month.
