CRM Service order number assigned to the ECC Internal Order number

I have a requirement to assign CRM Order number (internally generated in CRM) into the Internal order that gets created in ECC under the Single-Object controlling scenario.  In other words, the IO number range assignment for order type SAPS should be externally assigned from CRM.  Is there an user exit or Badi that I could use t achieve this?  I looked into the SAP enhancements COOPA_01, COOPA002, COOPA003 and COOPA004 but they do not seem to help in this scenario.  Any ideas?
