My requirement is, I need to create an action definition which has to be executed manually. It should not be executed automatically.
I have created an action definition with the following details.
Processing time – Immediate Processing
Checked Changeable in Dialog, Executable in Dialog, Display in Toolbox.
Unchecked Schedule Automatically, Delete after processing.
Partner dependent – Servic e Team
Action merging – Maximum 1 unprocessed action for each action definition
Processing type- Smart form mail
Entered the smart form with Processing class - CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER, Processing method - CRM_ORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM.
In action conditions, I have added the action definition in action profile but not maintained any condition.
Now, when I test, this action is not displayed to execute in transaction level Scheduled actions.
Please let me know why it is not shown in transaction to execute manually.
Please help me with your suggestions.
