On closing a follow up transaction, Service request should be closed automatically

Hi All,

We have a requirement related to status profile. We have a scenario of one complaint with one follow-up transaction. We want that if i close my followup transaction, my complaint should be automatically closed. As per my knowledge this can be done through Action profile. can anyone guide me the step by step method for doing this.
