Alert Management

Hi Experts,

 

I have configured alerts for Service Order. As per the status Alert should be triggered to the respective Partner assigned.

 

there are 4 partner functions :

 

Service Controller

Parts Manager

C&C Manager

Warranty Manager.

 

All the employees and the respective users are assigned in the Org data, so when the SO is created all the partners are automatically populated with the respective position (partner functios)

 

After following OSS note 821188 and this document, i have configured alerts. On the selecting the particular status action gets triggered successfully.

 

My issue is, after the action gets successfully triggered i can see the alert only in one user ID and not in others.

 

eg. there are 4 user ID USER1, USER2, USER3 & USER4. Action is successfully triggered at 4 different status and the user id is properly determined every time when i check in the log, but the alert is seen only in USER2 and not in other user ID's.

 

I have assigned same roles & given same authorization to all the user ID's, then why only one user is able to see the alerts and not others.

 

Can you please help with any solution ??
