I am facing an issue here. I am creating CRM service Order and we have ECC integration for Material Reservation.
Once I enter Parts or Products in the Service Order. System creates Reservation Document in ECC system. The idle scenario is single reservation for all the products entered in the Service Order.
But the issue is system is creating individual material reservation for individual line items. Eg- If I enter 10 line Items system is creating 10 Reservation documents.
All the Material Master is maintained in ECC system, this issue I am facing in Quality system, where as in development system it is working fine.
I have maintained all settings for Logistics integration scenario in CRM.
Can any one suggest what settings are required for Material Reservation Creation in ECC system.
