Reusable aet fields not available on configuration show available page?

Hi Team ,

I have created AET fields on Service order (customer_h) ,later i have reusable this AET fields into Appointment,and i am trying to added this fields on Activity creation page general view,but in configuration show available fields,-these fields not available on show available fields area.

In Tree view  customer_h is not there ,and i have checked on ACTVITY_H also it is not there..could you please help here.
