Dear Friends,
We have a requirement where we need to copy Service Request transaction and it's associated configurations from one CRM box to another. For e.g. The SAP CRM service request functionality is LIVE on one CRM box for one specific geographical region and we need implement the same service request functionality to another CRM box corresponding to another geographical region.
Are there any best practices of achieving this or do we need to maintain the same set of configurations in the new box.
