Inhouse Repair not working

Hi All,

 

Im currently doing CRM inhouse repair implementation and appreciate if you can guide me on the following issues

 

1. Where to check the data exchange between CRM and ECC? Right now, BDOC is created for inhouser repair transactions even if the status is not yet "released". We are using the system status for inhouse repair and what we want (and as per SAP standard data exhange) is the send the inhouse repair transaction once we set the line item status to "released"

 

2. What is the diagnosis process and its integration to ECC? Currently, created the SRV_DIAGNOSIS only in ECC with category ID SRV_ALL and item category group DGNS. Do I have to create the SRV_DIAGNOSIS in ECC? Which master data e.g. material or service master?

 

Right now, once I have maintained the line item for diagnosis in the inhouse repair, Im getting the following error

 

 

    A.  Errors occurred while transferring the document into another system. To view the error messages, see the enclosed log.

     It is not possible to upload from mixed documents with scen. A activated (Notification W CRM_ORDER_MISC 036)

 

     B. Errors occured when assigning an account assignment object to a business transaction. This is related to error Object link not known to CO (Notification E IAOM 019).

     I have configured the Service Process Controlling Integration as per C26(CRM Service).
