CNTL_ERROR in service professional role?

Hi Team,

Pleasae help me on this, when we are going through service professional role(Standard) in that we are selecting service contracts work center link and search with service contract id and navigating to over view page then click on actions and selectiing the action item from the popup here i am getting exception like below.

Please help me on this.
