I have generated AET field and make it reusable in service order,service request,service complaint?but the field is only availbale in service order creation screen?

Hi Team,

I have generated AET field and make it reusable in service order,service request,service complaint? but it shwoing once service order creation screen.in service request screen if you click display enhancements click reusable field then the filed is showing only enhancemnets.but not in configuration available fields list...so please help here.
