CRM service projects replicated automatically in PS

I have a requirement where the client would like to manage service projects in CRM, however because internal orders are not within scope they would like to use PS instead.

They would like to replicate the service order in PS automatically without any manual assignment of WBS to the service order.

I am hoping you CRM gurus would be able to shed some light on this and guide me.
