Incident & Problem Management - Status Issue for Related Incident in Problem Ticket

Hi Experts,

 

 

I have a problem using incident and problem management features. When I changed status in problem ticket for some related incidents that have locked, the status of related incidents wasn't changed. The status should be updated in incident ticket too. I don't have any idea why it's not updated. Could you help me to figure it out? I really appreciate for your help. Thanks.
