Hi Experts,
We have created a couple of new org units in CRM system.
We need to attach SLA to these org units (Working hours for the users related to these org units).
Hope we have to create new service profile for this and have to assign the service profile to the org units in the attributes section of the org unit.
Is this the correct procedure to follow ?
When we come across other org units which already have some SLA, we were not able to find where the service profile was assigned to the org unit.
Please suggest the correct procedure for assigning SLA to the org units.
