Hi Experts - I am trying to understand the reason for having two notes section on service request, what is the purpose of having 2 notes section, is there any significance to this, I am sure SAP has provided with a purpose.
2nd question is the same for the Employee responsible one in the header section and other in the parties involved assignment block.
